normal skin

You can choose from the Orange Blossom Face Wash or the ART Gentle Cleanser. While we like both, we're big fans of the Orange Blossom one! If you use this, be sure to just use a drop of the cleanser and mix with water in your hand to use. You do NOT need the same amount you are used to using. Alternatively, some people like to mix the Orange Blossom Face Wash with wash and store in a pump bottle. Try 1 oz of the face wash with 3 oz of distilled water. Use the Satin Mint Facial Scrub a couple of times per week. The ART Refreshing Toner is a great next step. If you're looking to help fight the signs of aging, add the Wolfberry Eye Cream and/or the ART Renewal Serum in here. Then finish off with the ART Light Moisturizer if you just need a little bit of hydration, or try the ART Intensive Moisturizer if you need a little more. Despite the name, the ART Intensive Moisturizer is not at all heavy or greasy!

dry or aging skin

Essential oil infused skincare can be a game changer for dry and aging skin! Start your regimen with the ART Gentle Cleanser. The Satin Mint Facial Scrub is super gentle and can be used a couple of times per week without drying your skin out. Then apply the ART Renewal Serum, followed by the Wolfberry Eye Cream. Finish with either the ART Intensive Moisturizer, or the Sandalwood Cream if you're needing something super thick and rich.  Add a drop of frankincense (or your other favorite oil for skincare!) to each application. Adding the Creme Masque weekly for extra hydration and tightening.

extra treatments

We love the ART Beauty Masque! It's a special treat for sure. While this cloth-like masque looks like some kind of joke, the results are not! This formula is packed with essential oils as well as hyaluronic acid, a skin plumping agent.

Also check out the Essential Beauty Serum! This blend is made with Blue Cypress, Lavender, Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood and more in a base of rosehip, avocado, jojoba and coconut oil. Labeled for "dry" skin, we have fans of all skin types that rave about this! You can also apply a couple of drops to damp hair before drying to smooth your hair.

diet and supplements

Good skin care products are super important, but so are your diet and supplement regimens! A good skin diet is based on whole foods and includes loads of organic fruits and veggies, and plenty of filtered water. If you're struggling with acne or sensitive skin, eliminating dairy and/or grains often helps! Give it a try for a few weeks to see. For optimal appearance for all skin types, consider a probiotic like Life 9, omega-3's like Omegagize, and the supplement Sulfurzyme. Sulfurzyme is an MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) and Ningxia Wolfberry supplement, and MSM is important for optimal skin health and repair, as well as many other processes in your body.

oily or acne prone skin

Oily and acne prone skin can easily be exacerbated by using the wrong products. Unfortunately many OTC treatments for acne are very drying and can cause irritation and sensitivity. Start with the Orange Blossom Face Wash, being sure to just use a drop of the cleanser and mix with water in your hand to use. You do NOT need the same amount you are used to using. Alternatively, some people like to mix the Orange Blossom Face Wash with wash and store in a pump bottle. Try 1 oz of the face wash with 3 oz of distilled water. You can use the Satin Mint Facial Scrub a couple of times per week, but avoid excessive exfoliation. The ART Refreshing Toner is a great next step. Use the ART Light Moisturizer with a drop of Melrose added, twice a day. Purification, tea tree, or manuka can be used for spot treatments as needed. Addressing gut health is important with acne prone skin, and we recommend probiotics like Life 9 as well as omega-3's like Omegagize

pregnant or postpartum skin

Changing hormonal levels can wreck havoc on your complexion! A similar approach to acne prone skin can be helpful. You can use the Satin Mint Facial Scrub a couple of times per week as needed. Then finish off with the ART Light Moisturizer if you just need a little bit of hydration, or try the ART Intensive Moisturizer if you need a little more. Despite the name, the ART Intensive Moisturizer is not at all heavy or greasy! Whichever moisturizer you choose, add a drop of Melrose with each application. Lavender can be added if you tend to have a lot of redness or inflammation. Purification, tea tree, or manuka can be used for spot treatments as needed. If you're struggling with postpartum hyperpigmentation, add in Sherlume to naturally lighten and brighten your complexion over time. If you're only needing a little bit of moisturizer you may be able to use this alone at night, and if you need a little more you can use it underneath your regular moisturizer.
